We are looking for someone to design UI/UX for a customer service web portal.

The aim of this application is to help customer service staff in reducing the average customer handle time (calls/emails/face-to-face etc). The application will present all necessary information in one portal. This includes information from various resources.

Requirements :

- The UI must be a flat design
- Design must be responsive
- Web and mobile layouts must be provided as separate design files
- Icons relevant to the design must be scalable for web and mobile
- Icons used in the design should be provided as individual vector files
- Once the design is approved, original photoshop / illustrator files for the whole design should be provided
- PNG version should also be provided for this design
- Developing/Coding this design as an application could be an ongoing project

Corporate Logo & Colours :

Refer attachments for corporate logo and colour specifications. Hues of the corporate colours are accepted.

The application has four major sections :
(Below mentioned section names are not final and any better suggestions are welcome)

2. Dashboard
3. Staff
4. News/Events
