I need 3 T-Shirt Designs done. This is a test for a much bigger project. Trying to find a good freelancer that I can work with month to month. Must be able to work on your own, provide clean, print ready T-Shirt designs, and stick to deadlines.

For the 3 samples I want done here is the info:

1. Design must be unique. Many times I will provide you with ideas but I need you to be the creative one and put together something great.
2. For the samples, use your imagination. Keep in mind SIMPLE is always best.
3. Part of this is to see how well we communicate. Dont be afraid to ask questions.

The information on the bigger project is below:

I am looking for someone who has experience with T-Shirt design. I will be creating approx 20 designs per month to start. Max pay per design is $10. Each design is very simple and can be done in 30 minutes or less for an experienced designer.

I will provide design ideas and will need you to make them unique and their own. This will require good communication between us. Part of the interview process will be to see how well we can communicate together.

The job will be awarded to the designer that is able to best design based on little guidance.
