We are looking for a design for a sales package for commercial building that we can customize for a particular property and send to potential buyers.

The design must include the following:
- Cover Page w/space to customize with particular project's name, location, picture, etc.
- Table of Contents and Introduction Section
- Executive Summary Section
- Property Information Section w/space for maps, additional information, overview, etc.
- Management/Operations Section
- Photo Section where we can include photos of the buildings, surrounding, property, etc.
- Disclaimer/Confidentiality Section where we can include our standard confidentiality and disclaimer information

Our intent is to use the sales package/brochure as a template for future listings that we can customize and send to various potential purchasers in a competitive bidding scenario.

We prefer clean, uncluttered design. We anticipate that this sales package/brochure would be several dozen pages printed on 8 1/2" x 11" paper.

  Portrait design and in Word and PDF format. The brochure would be double sided. Please don't include pictures of other buildings like the versions that have already been submitted. We think that will be confusing to potential purchasers to have stock pictures of unrelated building and pictures of our building(s). Clean, uncluttered design would be preferred.
