Hi,

ITEM #1:

SCOPE:
PACKAGE / BOX DESIGN
We need a sleeve and tray box designed for custom orthodontic clear aligners.
Examples of similar boxes are attached.
Please google tray and sleeve box!!!

An internal tray and external sleeve system will be used. The internal tray will slide into the external sleeve, hence the external sleeve will not have a front panel. The external sleeve will be closed on 3 sides, with the front open , showing the front of the internal tray through it.

DESIGN:
We have done a basic design (see ppt file) but it needs to be edited and redone professionally. In the current design the logo/ email / website are repeated too many times on all sides etc.

We will provide our logo and letterhead (attached) . The box design MUST tie into and match with these designs.

The internal box could be the lighter blue as shown. External box to be designed with the 4 primary colors in the logo, dark blue, light blue, white and gray. All the same colors in the logo.

The footer of the letterhead can be used in the box design as well , the tooth shaped line , the website box etc.

There are 2 x rectangular empty shapes which will be used for sticking the patients name on. Please ensure these are included in the design, in the correct places as per the ppt file.

There is a ppt file which we used and designed a basic box. The ppt file currently contains all the info we need displayed . We just want it redone professionally. The telphone/email/website icons must be taken from our letterhead. The fonts used must be the same as the letterhead / logo. Do not use a ppt file for the design, that was just what we used.
Each part of the box should be designed and presented in 2d (later inserted on to a template provided later for the box manufacturer which will have the folds etc of the box shown) as well as shown in a 3d design format showing the box how it will look at the end.

The dimensions of the box are as follows:

SIZE 145X195X70mm
Type Sleeve & Tray
Board 350 gsm
Print 3 colours (excludes white obviously)

THE TEMPLATE TO BE USED FOR THE DESIGN OF THE BOX WILL BE UPLOADED ON WED/THURS upon which the design will need to be pasted. But for now use the dimensions provided to get the size of the box and present a design.

Item #2:

A. Edit the wallpaper which we have attached, to include some stock clipart of dental braces and invisalign aligners, to fit our work which is that of orthodontics. The current image is of dental tools which we dont use much.

This image will be in resolution 1920x1080 for use in the wallpaper and lock screen of desktop PCs.

Note: The current one needs to be edited as the Lock screen of windows displays the time/ date halfway between the blue and white parts . This should be moved around such that when the windows lock screen shows, the time fits nicely on the background.

B. Design further wallpapers similar to the attached, for future use. This is not priority but if you have time and want the job.

Please note the inner tray will have bottom, right, left, front , back. No Top.

The space for name should be on the front, so its visible from the front. This tray will slide into the sleeve. The back of both the teay and sleeve will be closed off at the back so only slide from one side

For now please use the files I have attached in zip format. The box manufacturer will email me the template later, which the design has to be placed on, but for now the files attached are sufficient to get a prelimary design.
The dimensions are also included.

  Hi,
  I will be adding a ZIP file with all the required files for easier organisation. This can be opened by all file managers generally.
  The file uploaded was a RAR file initially which requires winrar or similar to open.
