Create Store Display Graphic for a Marijuana Store in US

Our store is called "The Reef". We sell marijuana legally in Washington State in the USA. I have attached an image of the interior of the store with a large format graphic around the sides. We want to revise this store graphic (attached) to make the ocean scene look like an ocean with marijuana as the seafloor, plants and "creatures" rather than the real sea creatures currently shown.

Use the attached images of marijuana to revise the attached images of the sea in the following ways:

1.) Maintain the water, sun and diver along the top of the image
2.) Remove(!) the sea creatures and replace them with marijuana (images provided) along the bottom, making the marijuana look like the floor of the ocean and/or sea creatures
3.) Feel free to use other graphics you find AND use the plants in the attached marijuana file for interesting foliage
4.) In three locations indicated, create a "splash" as if a stone is falling into the water; but super impose a marijuana bud instead of a stone (examples of "splash" sought attached)
5.) Marijuana images should be altered to look like a sea-floor, or like rocks or moss on the sea floor
6.) Sea creatures in original file should be removed entirely, or a few can be left if that merge well with the new imagery
7.) Maintain the highest resolution for large format in-store graphics
8.) Maintain the overall size as that is what fits in the store's graphic area

You may choose to utilize other images from the original sea files here for the water portions of the graphic. But you must keep the overall dimensions the same! For the contest, you may choose to adjust just 1/4 of the image. I can decide three finalists based on that adjustment. For the full award the remaining 3/4 must be done.
