Create a logo that works both with and without its slogan for cnvert (and cnvert.com), and highly visible both when provided in square format and in more rectangular format, and both on a light and a dark background.

The reason the slogan may be even more important than normally is because the lack of the "o" in the name, and because the slogan describes the business better in whole than just the name and at the same time serving to make people remember it really should be without the "o", see:

"Cnvey. Cnvince. Cnvert."

Also, the slogan will need to work with product names in local languages, such as:
"Leadsmaskinen by CNVERT".

It is for a web-service company and will help our clients mainly in B2B to get their own "leads-machines", ie to get as much qualified leads to their sales guys as possible using both Inbound and Outbound Marketing, using all of Content Marketing, Social Media, Marketing Automation, E-mails, Ads, highly converting landing-pages, cold calling etc.

We offer the winner $80 including to ready all the square/rectangular and light and dark versions in .ai format (for Adobe CS6), although the participation doesn't need to be more than the suggestion of one of the types of logos unless it's hard to see how it can also work in a square/rectangular or light/dark version.

A general comment is that as we now received a few examples including not only the logo itself, but also in the two ways that we are likely to use it, it might be a good idea to include those two ways for a more fair contest participation, the three areas are:
-The name cnvert alone
-cnvert with its slogan Cnvey. Cnvince. Cnvert.
-The name together with its productname, like: Leadsmaskinen by Cnvert, in which case it likely should be Leadsmaskinen that should be the bigger size IF any difference in size.
