I am a Realtor who specializes in Corporate Rental Homes in Austin Texas. My company HomeBase ATX will set-up, market, and manage these rentals. In addition HomeBase ATX will be affiliated with Realtor Services to help people find a permanent home.

HomeBase ATX homes are used by Business Travelers, Relocations, people renovating, and others needing temporary furnished homes.

What makes HomeBase ATX special is that it provides luxurious and stylish homes in real Austin neighborhoods. HomeBase ATX clients can expect to enjoy beautifully decorated homes in neighborhoods that allow the client to experience the real Austin as only residents know.

This project encompasses the following:

1. Designer will create a design narrative for the HomeBase ATX Brand including, but not limited to, the following: Logo, Color Palette, Font and Script design.

2. Designer will provide a 2-sided business card design.

3. Designer will provide all standard versions of the logo format: Color, B/W, Inverse, Logo Only, Logo and Script, Script only.

4. Designer will provide assets in .jpg, .png, .pdf, and Adobe Standards.
