I need the following letter to be vectorised:

Specifically what should be vectorised is:
1. the type on the left upper side
2. all handwritten notes and drawings
3. the watermark on the paper

See attached images for additional specific notes.
The letter to be vectorised is also attached below: JDW_02_02_0550_022.jpg

Please send me detailed views of the typography.

Not to be vectorised are the edges and tears in the paper as well as the folds in the paper.

The letter should be A4 format, white background.

I need it highly detailed. One can find a matching font or vectorise the letters by hand. Probably an in-between solution is the best (finding the most similar font and then adjusting it in details).

.ai file is required as a finished product
