Resumen del concurso

A basic sketch of the logo is attached to this post. We are a company that uses AI to optimise decision-making and control processes. The sketch is attempting to convey two things: 1) the circle/ball indicates the maximum point of the curve (the optimal point), 2) imaging the curve as a hill, the ball is balanced on the peak (a hard thing to do).

The sphere is at the maximal height of a curve, the optimal point, but it should invoke a feeling that this point is very unstable - the ball could roll off at any second. Perhaps the curve could have two "peaks" with one higher than the other and the ball on the highest one to show that it is at the "global" optimum. On the side of the logo I should see the company name: "Optimal" the font should look high quality and simple eg uber, palantir, apple. I want the logo to be clean and transmit quality. I would also like to have an animation (extra points but optional) of the ball rolling from the bottom until it stops at the maximum height and the letters fade in. I still don't know if it should be 3D or 2D, the ball could be rendered with a glass material, marble or wood for example. If you feel that you can convey our message better with a different type of logo feel free to do so. I want the files that allows me to edit the design, .psd, sketch, illustrator, blender files, etc..

P.S. One of the main weaknesses I am seeing in the logos so far is that you cannot tell apart the curve from the sphere, they seem connected and not two different bodies. A way to solve this is to give the sphere a 3D look by using some shading, radial gradient, etc..
