Unable to register in paypal account as most of the banks does not support it.I am new at freelancer.Please help me with this issue asap.

Hi Shraddha,
You can only bid on 8 projects as a free member. And If you want to continue bidding then you have to attach a payment method with it and purchase a membership plan for month etc.
And for Payment methods you can also try some credit/debit card except the paypal.
