Currently I am the Senior Customer Service Advisor, in a Multi National BPO based in Bangladesh, for an UK based roaming SIM company (where I have to handle Outbound Calls and Live Support Chat at the same time). Here, at the same company, I used to work as the interviewer (outbound calls in the US shifts; 180-200calls/day) for an UK based Medical Research Company. who recruits and works with the Medical Professionals worldwide (specially UK and USA) for their Medical Research Online Surveys. Also, I had to work for Data Mining for the same Medical Research company where we had to find the cor rect current information (e.g. Address (office/hospital; specialty; contact info etc) of the medical professionals on their database. Also have a vast knowledge on the US area codes, time zones and address lines.
